Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (food-grade matcha), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The package is damaged during transit

  • The product is lost or severely compromised before delivery

To be eligible:

  • Clear photo or video proof of the damaged package must be provided within 6 hours of delivery

  • Claims without supporting evidence may not be accepted

Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
